To: John and Elaine Alexander, owners of Coyote Loco
From: AKH Consultants
Subject: How to help Coyote Loco restaurant increase their revenue as well as reduce the number of turn away guests.
Recommendation:
- Promote reservations for faster, more efficient service and better communication between staff.
- Offer deals and promotion during quite times to improve sales.
- Increase staff during the peak hours so the food delivery will be much faster.
Control & Feedback
With these changes there will be an increase in efficiency and revenue throughout the restaurant. It will also produce the options to accommodate the extra demands. This will be determined through customer feedback, surveys on back of receipts, suggestion boxes, in restaurants and online when doing reservations including customer reviews.
Contingency Plan
Increase staffs during the peak hours so the food delivery will be faster. This will help to serve more customers, increase revenue and increase customer base. The weekend hours would change to include brunch from 9:00 and to 11:00 am to accommodate the families who want to take a break from their routine and have breakfast out with the family.
Conclusion
In conclusion the changes we proposed will add a additional opportunity to experience increased revenue at the restaurants and make Coyote Loco a popular restaurant for loyal customers.
