Crystal Clear Cleaning Services- 3C is dedicated to identifying and providing its employees with a compensation package that will satisfy their needs and increase employee development. The compensation plan for Crystal Clear Cleaning Services- 3C has been developed with the best interests of the employees and the organization as a whole in mind. The compensation plan has been developed in four phases: Phase I which describes the theme of the organization; Phase II which consists of the job descriptions and details the point factor evaluation system; Phase III which contains the market data and merit program for the organization; and Phase IV which outlines the benefits and compensation budget for the organization. Each of these phases was instrumental in the development of the organization compensation structure and compensation program.
