I have been interested in finance fields since my early years. When I was four years old, I
once asked about my parents' income. When I grew older, I became more concerned about my
father's electrical business and sometimes raised my ideas about customers' remarks on our
company's products, personnel matters and investment in better equipment in order to enhance
the image of the company. When my parents decided to invest in real property, I usually
accompanied my father when he went to choose potentially profitable sites and after three
years, the value of the invested sites increased three fold.
Having researched University Business courses carefully, I have decided to focus on accounting and banking courses. I am particularly interested in acquiring basic knowledge in economics, and skills in financial analysing. Another reason for my decision is that I want to continue to develop the family's business.
During three months holiday in 2011, I spent two months visiting two prestigious banks in
Vietnam; Vietnam International Bank and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for foreign trade of
Vietnam, where I came to understand what currency business really is: the ways to attract
shareholders' investment and how to place effective control over the company's loan
activities. I also made a thorough observation of the bank staff's activities. I attended a
course "I am gifted" offered by Adam Khoo learning group. I learned the skill of carrying out
group work, the mastership of myself, as well as the skill of public speaking.
Throughout my education, I have realized that I need to set goals for my study and my life,
because it's goals which lead and decide my actions, and they motivate
