Decision - Making

Alex and I will address the diversity and language barriers in Kava. Fifty percent of the people of Kava are under the age of 15 young adults entering the workforce soon will give us the ability to hire and train natives. Bringing over employees from the United States would have to speak fluent in English and the languages of Kava will be costly. The company will seek out people with experience in disaster recovery and in other fields that are needed. The company will to relocate people from the United States and other counties to Kava for a long it will take to rebuild the island. The company will also look for offices and warehouses further inland to avoid hurricanes, typhoons, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, fires, and flood always from the coastal area.

Earthquakes cannot be avoided but the company has to prepare for this disaster to happen and how to help the people. Alex and I came with idea have the arrangement with Red Cross and other organizations to provide survival kits and have substation to provide shelter and communication station. The company has to also education the people on the island of HIV/Aids. The company could provide kits with prevention information and the tools to prevent spread of HIV. Also teach the people who are infected with the disease about medication and exercise to live a healthy and long life. Petroleum and natural gas is a major commodity for the island Alex and I has made plans for experts and specialist to come Kava to build refineries and train people to work in them. This could be the start of the finance recovery for Kava. The other commodities such as, coffee, spices, bananas, sugar and cocoa can be exported to other countries and locate native can provide the labor work. Alex has also arrange for private law enforcement to come to the island to train locate Police Officer and military on Terrorism.
