INTRODUCTION:
Everyone in their daily life needs to make decision so work and objectives can be achieved. When it is about the decision making process for business proper planning is done for better result. An organization faces problems during performing task and for solving these problems first of all planning is made so each task can be perform effectively. In this research a problem of National Health Services (NHS) has been analyzed that is use of communication medium. Communication in organizations is wide describing discipline that includes the messages, interaction symbols, network of communication and the relationships among employees (Johansson, 2007). For studying the communication medium in NHS qualitative method is adopted.
