Decorative Interiors Inc. (DI) is an upholstery business based out of the City of Vaughan in Ontario, Canada. The firm is undergoing testing times as a result of the sudden decline in the health of the sole proprietor of the business, Mr. Rapini. The health condition puts him in a position where he is unable to carry on with the frenetic pace of activities that comes a part of running a business. As such, the various options for the future is of the firm are being evaluated. Mr. Rapini faces the challenge of ensuring the financial stability of his family along with maintaining his health.
