Introduction
According to Kant’s ethical philosophy (Deresky, 2014), activities must be led by general standards which apply without regard to the outcome of the conducts. The report would frame the company’s background and also identify four ethical policies and practices regarding E.ON’s products and services. In addition, it will consider how the company implements its procedures in order to increase confidence with consumers, employees and different stakeholders. E.ON’s essential aim is to be a responsible company which may benefit them to acquire sustainable organisation success. Moreover, it is considered very important for business growth and principles. Current ethical policies such as decency, legality, utilitarianism and "do no harm" of the company will be carefully assessed and a conclusion and recommendations will be provided at the end.
