The instructor was abrupt, rude and lacked a sincere desire to engage with students.  This student was shocked and dismayed at not one mention of Christian values during the course.  Not one prayer, prayer request, or praise.  This instructor did not represent JBU or students on Christian principals whatsoever.

There was no reason for our instructor to pop off along the lines of her business income is not that great, and that is why she is teaching at JBU.  Followed by I’m just kidding!  I did not appreciate the comment.  I am not taking out student loans to listen to such comments now or in the future from any instructor.

Information was hurried the first two to three weeks.  The instructor informed students Week 3 to look for direction in our Weeks 4 and 5 PowerPoints for information on the final paper requirements and content.  To her credit students were asked not to worry or start a final paper.

Week 4 the paper instructions and the page content changed at the end of class going from 2-3 to 3-5.  Only one example of how our nightly class tended to go with the instructor changing course.  A concept would be written on the board and then talked on for  30 plus minutes on a concept, then move to another concept.  The instructor would come back and change her mind on a prior concept. The comment would be along these lines: "don't pay attention to that, I don’t like the way that is taught, and I want you to learn it this way.”  As an instructor let’s have our notes in order before presenting to the class.  Not offer a concept and change it, expecting students to take a quiz at the end of the night

I chose JBU for their Christian values and the degree completion program.  The course was not the issue, nor the grades received.  I did not take out student loans to attend a Christian University, which professes Christian Values, Ethics, and Academia such as just experienced.

This instructor emphasised returning as the instructor of Entrepreneur Spirit in October.  I do not choose to give her another chance as my instructor.  Please find a different instructor for Fall Entrepreneurial Spirit.  Suggest asking Matt Timboe, owner of a business to teach the class or someone like Matt.  I am requesting arrangements in advance for a different instructor.  If unable to provide a different instructor; I will make, an appointment seeking to take Entrepreneurial Spirit on Thursday evening and then rejoin my cohort after the class is over.
