Birds, animal, trees and all living creatures shape their own future, but homo sapiens is the only race of god’s creation, who tend to live on destiny created by others. Yes my friends, my heart bleeds, when I see long queue outside the employment offices and talented youth rushing for coaching classes to hone their skills to get a job to steer their life smoothly. Once you joined the job your destiny would be shaped by others. You will have to match the standard set by them. You would have to compromise with your value, whenever there is a clash between your value and value of the organization you are serving. Your performance would be judged by standard set by others that may be either fair or unfair. You past performances will always haunt you, even if you have brought sea change in yourself. My dear friends; why not to shape up your own destiny, why not to start your own venture. You will be lord of you own destiny. You will shape up your own future. And you will end up in leading a hundred thousands of aspiring youth like you.
Are you scared of? What that you do not have resources? All that I would say that the word entrepreneurship is strongly related to the word enterprise. You require enthusiasm, determination and desire to excel; rest of the things will follow. Have you heard of Dhirubhai Ambani, I am sure you must have heard of? He had no brilliant academics behind him to support. Yet, he shaped destiny of thousands of young and talented force. He is not an exception, Sterlite is owned by a matriculate (High School in India) with poor score, yet to join his organization, thousands with flying colors in their academics queue up. Are you afraid of failure? Owning your own venture is only resort, which allows you learn through your own mistakes. Entrepreneurship provides you opportunity for real-time learning in vast horizon of knowledge that no other vocation will allow.
