The Entrepreneur did nothing new or innovative when he joined the new business but he explored a new market for the auto body industry. As there was exposure to new market so to attract the customers and penetration in the market a huge amount of money was invested in the credit. Entrepreneur was doing a job as "Supervisor" in a company deals in auto body parts for PAK SUZUKI at Lahore. This gives the idea to the entrepreneur to start the business in the same industry and supply auto body parts in general market.
The Entrepreneur belongs to a rich agriculturist family and had an agriculture land, which he sold out and started his own business. Entrepreneur had planned and studied a lot before starting the business; to understand the complexities of managerial and technical issues and explored extensively the market to exploit it.
The entrepreneur explains the deep study of the business management skill and market analysis and hard work made him gradually a successful businessman. The Entrepreneur had started a new product sheet metal component business, which was failed because of poor technical human resource and lack of proper machinery.
The Entrepreneur faced the problem of Working Capital and Cash Flows at the beginning, as the whole capital was invested in the purchasing land, machinery, plant building and raw materials. As there was exposure to new market so to attract the customers and penetration in the market a huge amount of money was invested in the credit.
