I have rented a room to Belen Cr +61421864633 (Facebook)at my property, she gave me $400 bond.

Our verbal contract which after was written, was to rent a room in my property.

In case, she wanted to leave she should tell me  two weeks before.

A Bond is a deposit which is given back to the tenants when they leave the property.

She arrived to the property on Saturday. At the first day she wanted to leave.

I told her 3 possible options:

1. She finds someone. I give her the bond back.
2. She will leave in two weeks and I will give her bond back.
3. She leaves, I give her half deposit back only in case that I find someone for Friday.

She has accepted the third option; I am trying to find someone to give her the bond back.

One guy contacted me to see the room named as Marco Rossi on Facebook,phone is linked on facebook, which  friend is Marco Marrelli , Belen’s Boyfriend. He told me that his name was Robert and he wanted to see the property (Identity crime).

However, after two hours he wrote me a message saying that if I don’t give her back the bond. I will go to the police with my face like a shit (Spanish expression that means he is going to punch me). He also said that he wanted to see me today to catch me, also that he will go to my house on Friday 22th, he is going to “catch my bitch Colombian girlfriend”

Epic phrases were

” If you want, you can go to the police that I have a friend who is working there”
