Executive summary
“Fish Bank” is the only retail store in Bangladesh who sell alive fish directly to customer. Customer can buy it for their household use. Our retail outlet is located in Uttara because of it is the most convenient place. And lots of middle class and upper middle class people live here. Our fish displayed on aquarium. Sometime also we will collect fish from different fish supplier. We have lower number of competitor. So it is attractive for us to doing this business. We have also plan to sell fish in online. There are no other substitute’s product of fish. But people can eat meat as like its substitutes. So its will be the great chance for us. Our fish are Organic because we will not use any chemicals to control parasites. We are concern over environmental and health issues and environmental sustainability. We will provide our fish in ice box in case of home delivery so this is an advantage for online ordered. We preserve some medically prescribe fish which is not available in market.
