Quiz Night:

5€ per person

4 per a table/ group = 20€ a Table

13 tables available = 20*13 = 260€                         Full house = €260 

Raffle

Full house (just quiz participants) excluding floaters = 52 participants

If each person buys the 3 for a 5er = 52*5 = €260                 

Max Raffle sales excluding Floaters = €260 

If each person buys the 1 for €2 = 52*2 = €104

Min raffle sales excluding floaters I.e. 2€ a line = €104 

Raffle sales number depends on if every participant buys a ticket also not included people who may just be watching

RAFFLE TICKETS+ QUIZ ENTRACE

Estimated max = 260+260 = €520 

Estimated middle = 260+104 = €364 

Estimated min = €260 (i.e. no one happens to buy a raffle ticket highly unlikely)

Estimated Fail = 0€ (No one comes at all also very unlikely)

Also doesn’t include spectators

Cake Sale:

13people in the group:  Approx. 12 baking  (Seamus and Aidan on balloons)

12 people bake 20 cakes each = approx240 cakes

Prices could vary depending on thing baked but . . .

Selling each at €1 = 240€

                  €2 = 480€
