The name of GD Express Carrier BHD also was known as GDEX. GD Express Carrier BHD is a company which provides the service of express delivery for domestic and international market. In order to develop the business of company, the company of GD Express was operates 96 stations for their network, 53 branches around the Malaysia, 2 affiliate stations for support their network and expand their business to 41 agents in East and West of Malaysia.

In the department of delivery, GDEX was extend their transportation to 280 trucks and vans for provide the services of delivery. In this group, it was recruited around 1300 of staff to support the operation of GDEX.

In year of 2003, GDEX was obtained the ISO 9001: 2000 which was the certificate of "Quantity Management System" for all departments in the company of GDEX. For upgrade their level, GDEX was changed their old ISO to new ISO which was known as ISO 9001: 2008.

Besides that, GDEX was included the program PMQA which was the first class excellent program for provided training to their staffs of their company. The training of PMQA was help to improve their staffs to be world class performance in the operations of express carrier services. In May 2005, GDEX has been listed in the Bursa Malaysia with their company of GD Express Carrier BHD.

Through the financial highlight which based on the annual report of GDEX group which ended at 30 June 2012, the revenue of the company was reached at RM116.3 million. This amount of revenue was achieved and crossed the target which was set in RM100 million. The revenue in 2012 was growing up 25% which is from RM93.1 million to RM116.3 million. The profit of before tax was improve 23% which from RM9.9 million to RM RM12 million. Then, the profit after tax was raised from RM7 million to RM9 million from the year ended 30 June 2011 to year ended at 30 June 2012.
