It was found by Lawrence Edward Page the one who has honors graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, has a PhD in Computer Science University of Michigan and Stanford University Bachelor of Science and Sergey Brin the one who has Russian-born American citizen entrepreneurs graduated from Stanford University Department of Computer Science in September,1998.Google Dedicates to the field of Internet search, cloud computing, advertising technology, to develop and provide a large number of Internet-based products and services, its main profit comes from the AdWords and other advertise and it is the first to be recognized as the world's largest search engine, with numerous users worldwide.Google allows to search in multiple languages, providing up to 30 kinds of language selection in the user interface beside that Google has a lot of production such as:Google map,Google earth ,Gmail, google glass ,chrome, Android operating system and so on.Their slogan is perfect search engine, do not be evil.Behind the successful Google must have strong human resources policies for supporting.They have a strict program to select , manage employee, Training and Development ,innovation and creativity and so on. In addition, Google also repeatedly nominated for "Fortune" 100 Best Employers list over the years, and won the 2013 "Best Employer."

2.0 Background study of the subject

   Human resource policy is a rang of human resource guidelines provide direction

   to the decision making ,rather than the harsh conditions of the rules and get the company to achieve the development objectives related to human resources development, maintenance and use of policies.It has flexibility in the application need to be explained and justified. For example, in order to dismiss an employee in accordance with employment law requirements, amongst other considerations, it will normally be necessary to meet provisions within employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements. The establishment of an HR Policy which sets out obligations, standards of behavior and document disciplinary procedures, is now the standard approach to meeting these obligations.Human resource policy support and building the desired organization culture very effectively.For an example:recruitment and retention policies might outline the way the organization values a flexible workforce, compensation policies might support this by offering a 48/52 pay option where employees can take an extra four weeks holidays per year and receive less pay across the year.Under the trend of economic globalization, human resource policy shows its important function,in order to get more valuable chance in development and make it to be a sustainable competitive advantage tool.Human resources policies have to focus on capacity-building organization, career transition staff development and staff management philosophy and values,which are .moving towards information network, social knowledge and enterprise management reform of international.
