It was found by Lawrence Edward Page the one who has honors graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, has a PhD in Computer Science University of Michigan and Stanford University Bachelor of Science and Sergey Brin the one who has Russian-born American citizen entrepreneurs graduated from Stanford University Department of Computer Science in September,1998.Google Dedicates to the field of Internet search, cloud computing, advertising technology, to develop and provide a large number of Internet-based products and services, its main profit comes from the AdWords and other advertise and it is the first to be recognized as the world's largest search engine, with numerous users worldwide.Google allows to search in multiple languages, providing up to 30 kinds of language selection in the user interface beside that Google has a lot of production such as:Google map,Google earth ,Gmail, google glass ,chrome, Android operating system and so on.Their slogan is perfect search engine, do not be evil.Behind the successful Google must have strong human resources policies for supporting.They have a strict program to select , manage employee, Training and Development ,innovation and creativity and so on. In addition, Google also repeatedly nominated for "Fortune" 100 Best Employers list over the years, and won the 2013 "Best Employer."
