In this report, I would talk about a famous hot pot restaurant in China, named HaiDiLao. In this article, it would introduce by four parts. In the first part, it would make sure the top gay's leadership when he creates the company and that sprite causes the most important influence in the enterprise development process. As a very special enterprise in hot pot industry, I would show the differentiation in the report and it can help reader to understand the interesting result under their special managing way. In the next step, there would deeply discuss how the manage people way can cause HaiDiLao in three ways: Background of employee, Motivation and Communication ways. In motivation area there also be elaborate why the manage way can cause this. Finally, I would use my own opinion to improve the deficiencies of the company in managing people area.
The pyramid structure of society makes every industry have their employees of grass roots, especially in catering industry. Those people are hardly to realized happiness and a sense of accomplishment in their working process. However, HaiDiLao use its special way to make those workers at the production line have the belonging and high loyalty for the company. This is an enterprise famous by treat staff kindness and to provide customers with services beyond imagining. Every day you can see lots of customers wait the long line up in HaiDiLao; every day there have various industries managers to have dinner in there want to find the secret of managing people's way in HaiDiLao. Treat people like the family member, show them respect and emphasize change fate by their effort, all of those seem like very easy thing, but only HaiDiLao does it on the best.
