There are many ways in which hazel customers would most likely judge the quality of her lawn care service. Firstly is by customers care. By having customers care, it will help to maximize customers satisfaction. Besides that, customers care also help to keep customers happy and thus in this way, it help to increase Hazel’s profitability of a business.
Secondly is by cost of service. It is important to keep the cost of service at a minimum range so that customers will feel that the money that they are paying for is worth the money. Besides that, if the cost of the service is at a minimum rate, this will increase the number of customers. For example, if the rate of the service is at a reasonable price, where it provides or use good quality products for your lawns, customer will definitely feel happy and tend to trust in their work. Not only that, customer will introduce your services among their relatives and friends where your business will start growing better, where else if a customer pays at an expensive price but does not provide good quality services for your lawn, customer will not feel satisfied with your work and customers will not want you to take care of their lawns instead they will find a better lawn care taker with a reasonable price and good quality services provided.
Thirdly, is quality of service. The key to improving service is motivating employees. Besides that, by ensuring that all the individuals in your business not only know what you expect from them but also have a vested interest in the business. Besides that, if the quality of the service is good, customers will be happy and satisfied whereas if the quality of the service is bad, customers won’t be happy about it and this might causes customers to leave your business and find for a better care taker.
Fourthly, is the final outcome. Final outcomes are most likely to judge the quality of her lawn by giving good result to the customers. By this customers will feel happy to see the good work that Hazel has done to their lawn. On the other hand, by having a successful outcome, customers will also tend to recommend Hazel’s business to their friends or relatives.
Besides that, customers would most likely judge the quality of hazel lawn is by delivery of the product and ability to address problems when they occur.
