Finetto Wear is a for-profit women’s shoe line. We focus on innovating products to make it useful shoes for females who are on the go constantly and for both gender who suffer from health conditions. Finetto Wear has been in business since 2009 and was founded by three Hispanic women. The founders wanted to change the fashion industry and came up with ideas about how to make work shoes more comfortable and great for foot problems. This year Finetto Wear will be launching its newest product, a high heel with an adjustable heel, Amicas. Finetto Wear has been selling its products through the internet and through televised shopping and is looking forward to begin selling Amicas in department stores.
2010 Net Sales
Net sales for 2010 were $1.987 million, an increase of $787 thousand, or 39.6%, compared to net sales of $1.2 million in 2009. The increase in net sales was broad-based across all segments.
Importance of Marketing
Marketing for our organization is of great importance because it will contribute to the success of the organization. In order to have revenue we will have to use marketing to promote, advertise, have public relations, and complete sales. It is very important that we implement marketing into our organization because we want to satisfy our target market in order to become successful.
Marketing Objectives
• Objective: Launch Amicas beginning of next year and begin selling them in metropolitan cities for three months before we launch them into smaller cities and worldwide. We want to be assure that they will be successful before taking the next step and marketing all over the world.
