Introduction
Hitachi LTD was headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan. It was founded Namihei Odaira in 1910. At the first time, it has been established as a Japanese electronics company. However, nowadays, Hitachi is one of the largest multi-industry organisations which provide products and services in many aspects including information and communication systems, power systems, social infrastructure and industrial systems , electronic systems and equipments, construction machinery, high functional materials and components, automotive systems, digital media and consumer products, financial services and other (Logistic and other services). In fiscal year 2014, Hitachi employed 320,725 employees worldwide. Its’ comprehensive income in 2014 was ¥625,387 million which was more than twice as 2013 (Hitachi, 2014).
