This report is prepared for the reader to understand how Railto Tractor company is selling their garden tractor to their customer in Brazil. The company decides to target Brazil, one of the largest agricultural producing regions in South America for sales of its advanced tractor Rialto Super V1000 which can be a great benefit for the mid-sized farms .The customer satisfaction profile will clearly show the reader about the customer that the company is targeting. The market entry staratgy is clearly show in this report and it also explains why other types are not choosen. The use of 3PL for this product is clearly explained and the details of our partnership with 3PL is also explained. The function used by the 3PL is also clearly explained. Moreover it shows how the company identifies its customers preference to be successful in the market.

2.0 Customer Satisfaction Profile

Customers: In Brazil agriculture is an important industry and there are 4.4 million family farms, as a result, a large number of farmers exist. Brazilian farmers are using modern technology for agriculture for doing of their framing works with some mechanical equipment So, farmers are our major target customers for our product where it can be used for small framing work and pull small equipment for framing fields.

Elements Of Customer Expectations:

  • The end user should be provided with full rates of the products so they can have the chance that their price of expectation can match with the product specifications.
  • In Brazil Orders, shipments should be with proper paperwork like detailed explanation use of the product with each and every component of products.
  • Customers main concentration is about the quality of tractor and the specifications, they are very concern about that maintenance to always low.
  • They will be expecting for good performance and power engine tractors so that they couldn’t face any problem while pulling wagons while they are in the field.
  • Customer service should be satisfied when the repair comes to the vehicle and they expect a minimum guarantee and warranty from the manufacturing side.
  • Availability of service centers should be flexible to the customer. so, they can easily contact for service and maintenance.
  • Availability of spare parts should be flexible, and we should not be lack of spare part because this is the main issue faced by the customer in Brazil.  
  • The company should provide 24*7 customer assistance and maintenance
  • The product should be delivered on time.
