Introduction

A great quantity of worldwide riches occurs in a form of human capital. For that reason, managing human resources shows a critical role in a procedure of growing companies’ effectiveness. The one of the most imperative functions of HRM is motivation. The significance of motivating people at work is obvious at all levels of organization. Starting from managers who need to be attentive of issues that motivate their underlings to make them perform well, through employees who need to think through what opportunities they have of work, ending up with HR professionals who have to comprehend motivation to efficiently design and implement prize assembly and for systems. It seems to be understandable that most companies need motivated employees and lacking any doubts of motivation is a vital characteristic of HRM. Still, because of a composite nature of human behavior motivation is not stress-free to understand and to use.
