I met with a general manager finance of a company for interview to know about the career achievement and his efforts towards career development with the aim to know how such person develop his career throughout the life. My approach was to know from childhood to current stage of his career and how efforts were made and crossed the different stages of career. In the childhood this person has the influence of the parents and developed ambitions related to career according to the influence. Gradually after hard work become a certified public accountant and applied in different companies to start the career. First job started as assistant accountant in the company. In the start of the career he remains dependent on the organization for the development in the career but later on he realizes that there should be further improvement in the experience and education to address the current issues of business world. He obtained training of ERP system and obtains an edge amount the other accountants and promoted to manager finance in the company.
