In Apple Inc., a leader change from Steve Jobs to Tim Cook was taken place in 2011.
Leadership styles of Steve and Tim are different from each other. Steve Jobs was innovative, high expectation to the employees, strong leadership and perfectionism. While Tim Cook is of the style of transparency, high expectation to the employees, treasure of teamwork and is calm demeanor. Steve was task oriented. Tim is more transparent and is willing to share more with the whole company. Tim is much more worry about everything in the company. Due to the differences, obstacles were emerged from Apple Inc.
