The working title of the project is
“Inter-organisational relationships and organisational performance: Network analysis in Health care”
Introduction
Inter-organisational relationships are very important in the current business environment as businesses have expanded across the globe. It is very common that the business relationships cut across different industries, cities, countries and continents. Hence multiple networks are formed and may be interrelated with each other (Kożuch & Przygodzka, 2012). Inter-organisational relationship is a yardstick to measure the credibility of a business organisation against other organisations (Przygodzka, 2012). Thus, inter-organisation relationships do affect organisational performances. Hence it is very vital for the success of businesses and organisations (Kożuch, 2011).
Hence it is necessary to develop and improve inter-organisational relationships. The following research would evaluate the inter-organisational relationships and their impact on organisation performance.
Aims and objectives of the research
The main aim of the research is to evaluate the relationship between inter-organisational relationships and organisational performance in the Healthcare sector. Along with this research would address few objectives as stated below:
