Acknowledgment

The internship opportunity I had with constructing company “ RAMS” ; was a great chance for learning and professional development. Therefore, I am a very lucky individual as I had an opportunity to be a part of great company. I am also grateful for having a chance to meet so many wonderful people and professionals who led me though this internship period.

In performing my internship, I had to take help and guideline of some respected people. Therefore, I use this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude and special thanks to the supervisor of mine Erkenaz Mukanova , who in spite of being busy with her duties, took time out to hear, guide and keep me on the correct path.

Additionally, I express my deepest thanks to Bulbul.R, partner in Grant Thornton International, for taking part in useful decision making and giving necessary advices and guidance and arrangement of all facilities to make my job more understandable for me. His willingness to motivate me contributed tremendously to my internship. That is why; I choose this moment to acknowledge his contribution gratefully.

Last, but not the least, it is significant to accentuate fact that I owe all my success to very special place and very special people in it for me, KIMEP University. Professors here taught me all useful materials I successfully implemented during internship period.

My internship helped me develop necessary skills and improve my knowledge base, and it has assured me that I chose the right field of study. Overall, it was an incredible experience and one I would not trade for anything in the world!
