INTRODUCTION TO THE BUSINESS

Tortilla Salsa is a partnership business. Tortilla is kind of street food that origin from Mexico. It was a type of soft, thin flatbread made from finely ground wheat flour and corn flour. We choose to sell tortilla because it was unique. The tortillas that we produce are homemade. This is the main reason why our product is different from others. Furthermore, Malaysians not so aware about tortilla wraps and dips. We assume that people are attracted to buy tortillas since they have no idea what taste it would be. So we grab this opportunity to introduce this kind of food.
Nowadays, Malaysians are becoming increasingly aware of need to eat clean and lead a healthier life. Tortilla wrap have three types which are beef, chicken and vegetables. Besides that, we also sell tortilla dip salsa sauce. For people who a vegetarian, they can choose a tortilla wraps vegetables. The ingredients itself gives benefit to our health which are has carbohydrate and protein. The whole wheat tortillas are also a good source of calcium, fiber and mineral. By eating tortilla can protect from diabetes, controlling weight and help keep a heart healthy. We also sell green tea drinks. For people who want to save they can buy combo set which is tortilla with drink.

TRADEMARK
The logo of our product has the green color that represents the color of vegetables and also represents the money which is very significant to all people. The red color can stimulate the appetite. It also increases craving for food and other stimuli. The symbols of tortilla itself represent our products. The cap show ourselves serve the food by wearing a cap. The laces of the border logo represents our stall is leisure.
TAGLINE
SIMPLE, EASY YET DELICIOUS
We choose this tagline as we believe that our tortillas are simple in term of the looks but very easy to carry since the size is suitable. Even though the look is so simple but we can ensure that every single bite will give pleasure to customer since the taste is awesome and delicious.
BUSINESS OPERATION
Tortilla Salsa was established on Jun 2016. It was opened every day except on Friday. We close at that day due to Friday prayer. The business will start from 10 am during weekdays until 6 pm.
SWOT ANALYSIS
In the SWOT analysis, there have internal factors which are strength and weakness while external analyses are opportunity and threat. The strengths of our business is by eating tortilla wraps and dip will gives people a healthy life because the ingredients itself. The product is also unique because we are the prime mover that introduces this food. Lots of people can buy our tortilla of since it is affordable. People tend to buy tortillas since it is easy to carry. The weaknesses our business is we lack of staff because we want to save cost. So we do not hire any workers. Tortillas Salsa target market are students and adults. Generally, we are focusing to offer the product to people around Puncak Alam and specifically to those who are staying in Fasa 3, Puncak Alam. Other than that, during holiday season our sales will drop little bit because of our target customer more to student. We aim that 30% of the students would purchase our tortillas.
