Implementation is the execution of a plan or an idea, sometimes in an organization, it could mean a design or could have to do with some kind of policy that is well thought out and carried through. In the IT world, implementation means, that a plan or an idea that is put into play, and needs to be well organized and planed out, so that things can run more smoothly without any kind of kinks in the process. But, sometimes kinks do happen and there are areas that need to be focused on, and worked out. Sometimes these implementations, these plans can become a disaster or a failure, due to different things that may go wrong with the systems and that are known to have some human errors as well as IT errors. Sometimes the IT programs do not cooperate like they are supposed to do, and things get messed up, and things go wrong. “System implementation generally benefits from high levels of user involvement and management support. User participation in the design and operation of information systems has several positive results” (Implementation, 2011). IT issues can be very temper mental at times, if someone does not know what he or she is doing, many things could and will go wrong, and that will become a failure in the IT project that is taking place. Many problems can occur. The IT team, in many cases, think that they know everything that there is about the IT programs, and about the strategies, but in reality they do not know everything, so sometimes they try to help and make others understand, when they do not really understand themselves. This can be very frustrating for the IT team and the organization. This can cause confusion and can be a waste of time and money. This could be a big part of one of the many Implementation failures.
