Kou-ko shake goal is to offer a healthy, delicious, stress reliever shake. This business is located inside the campus of Iloilo City Community College. We are aiming to attain and maintain the interest of its customer and consumer with the new variety of mixed shakes with flavored sago and flavored drinks.
The target group is composed of the students of Iloilo City Community College looking for convenient, healthy and affordable variety of shakes. A flavored variety of shakes are what we are dealing into. For this brand perception that we made we would like to reach the interest of the buyers and also the consumer with our new version of flavored shakes. We would like to introduce varieties of flavors that consumers will be satisfied of.
Kou-ko Shake will market through flyers and social media. We will post flyers around college campus, announcing where we are located. Kou-ko Shake will offer a calendar, which will display where we will be a month in advance. Twitter and Facebook will also be useful in short-term promotions. The concession trailer itself will also be an advertisement, as it will have our logo on the back.
CHALLENGE
There are currently many competitors around the campus of Iloilo City Community College. Kou-ko Shake is a new business entity that offers various and exceptional fruit shakes. The biggest challenge that our business is facing right now is the comparison of the related products located outside of the campus like “halo halo”, “Ice pop”, “Ice cream” and etc. Nevertheless, the challenge here is how to develop a strategic plan on how to promote this new entrant business and to gain a competitive market share among competitors. It demands focus, consistency to provide unique and quality products to the customers and how to become effective and efficient to run this business.
