Question:

Act as a Consultant - Since 1994, there has not been any significant changes to KRS’s business model. Suggest new business model to help sustain KRS’s business in the long term.

The new business model

Key Rank Services (KRS) is a Malaysian small and medium scale business, established in 1994. It specializes in building cleaning task and lawn care. The business model has no changes since its establishment. Therefore, in this proposal, we suggest that the company can enter new market by introducing residential cleaning services. KRS can also recruit more local people to join as cleaning crews in providing this new service.
