"Leadership is that leaders in order to be successful must be able to articulate a clear, stated, committed vision for the company they represent and the vision must always be centered on the customer" (Premji & Ramamurti, 2001). "Success has to be built on a foundation of values. Successful leaders must have self-confidence, which comes from positive attitude. They need extraordinary physical mental and someway spiritual energy to remain on the top of the demands made to them. They must keep improving their standards for excellence in quality".
"They should know the proper execution of strategy at right time and cost. Successful leaders are always on the side of optimism. It is a force multiplier. Successful leaders attract and retain the best people, which lead to the success of the Organization. Leaders always play to win. This gives a new sense of direction and energy. They should be the biggest mentors and Idols of the people working with and under them", (Sosik & Godshalk, 2000).
Using some brief comparison of the different leadership styles demonstrated by the renowned IT leaders evolves this literature review.
We are trying to depict around 6 different leaders of six different Business houses and try to find out what are the different leadership styles they posses.
The person who has changed the definition of leadership is the man with a mission, none other than Steve Jobs. The secret of Apple and his leadership lies also in his tremendous presentation skills. Steve Jobs have been giving awe-inspiring presentation for decades. " Transformational leadership may be more effective at creating and sharing knowledge at the individual and group levels; while transactional leadership is more effective at exploiting knowledge at the organizational level ", (Bryant, 2003). Steve Jobs is known to be the transformational leader who put Apple in the top from no-where.

5. Effective Communication
6. Vision
As a visionary leader his focus always remain on " transforming others to help each other; to look out for each other; to be encouraging and harmonious and look out for the organization as a whole ", (Westley & Mintzberg, 1989).
In his leadership; he always emphasizes on enhancing the motivation. Potential boost and improve the overall moral & performance of his follower group, (Lussier & Achua, 2009). Thus people have also mentioned him as a charismatic leader.
