Subject: Regarding permission for use of classroom for Pictoreal activities.

Respected Sir,

As you are aware that, Pictoreal volume 19 work is under way. To do regular work and plan upcoming events we need to conduct meetings 2/3 times a week till 15th March 2017. We understand keeping classroom open after academic hour poses risk of damage by anti-social elements in the college, hence we request you to grant us the permission to let us issue keys for classroom C-007 from security, when and as we need to conduct meetings.

We will take the responsibility of closing the classrooms after our use and returning the keys to security. We acknowledge that we will be held responsible for any damage/theft/loss occurring in the classrooms and its property. We will also ensure no academics are disturbed and the keys are returned to security by 8:00 PM, on the days we use the classroom. Only one person, Prathamesh Saygaonkar (BE 5, Roll No 4553) will be allowed to issue the keys from security hence ensuring complete security and proper use of the classroom.

We request you to please issue permission for the same.
