Executive Summary
Lantelecom emerges to attend and service the growing technological telecommunications market in Ecuador. There is an extensive list of advantages to work in overseas markets: new technologies, new improvements, better processes to execute activities, and other categories that make an impressive list of affordable opportunities in a competitive business environment. Additionally, considering the alliances with North American companies/ corporations, there is an unlimited amount of potential and continuous growth in needed communities.
Lantelecoms competition is dominated by major providers like Telconet, Suratel, CNT, Claro and Movistar but these competitors are not looking to fulfill the same need in service considering their priority related to other services and products. Lantelecoms main focus is to manage internet service providers and present to our target customers Wi-Fi wireless services with the networking solution for countries located in the coast region.
Over the next 3 years, Lantelecom plans to export North American WiFi technologies to at least 70% of the Ecuadorian market while increasing revenues 10% year after year. Creating a world interconnected with unlimited access to internet, standing out against our competition and prioritizing customer service are keys to our success. This will be achieved by reviewing this marketing plan annually to adjust for changing conditions.
