Description
The TangRenJie Cafe is located nearby the number 3 student apartment. It just reopened in March, and positioned itself as a leisure space for students and local residents. The Cafe, surrounded by many small restaurants, opens 10 hours every day., from 3pm to 12pm.
It occupies more than 100 squire meters, but the space is not fully used, for instance, the tables and sofas are not well arranged, there are still many empty space. It The walls are painted with carton patterns, gentle music are played, old- fashioned lights are hanged high making the entire room a little dim. Various drinks and only a few kinds of snacks are offered, and free broad games, books, and a mini flea market corner are provided as well. Three people are employed, one dishwasher and two cooks, one of which also serve as a waiter.
The whole atmosphere is cold and cheerless.
Problems:
1. Poor conditions: Cool environment filled with smelly scent;
Shabby decoration (walls simply painted with cartoons, few wooden chests placed scattered, a small empty place without any settings, ceiling undecorated);
Uncomfortable sofas (eg: Sofas are too far from the tables);
2. Unprofessional staffs: Slow service (Orders and serving are both slow);
20% discount was untold;
Orders not taken in detail in advance (eg: Desserts needed
are cool or warm);
