Theme & Menu Selection

First of all, French food is one of the famous foods all over the world. In France, the collection of dishes and drinks is considered as and art. France is regarded as a country which has the best knowledge of food and uses it to enrich their life. It is believed that through the France food, you can feel the long history and rich culture of France. The culture of French food has a long history. It is according to the legend, Catherine. A Italian woman married to Henry II, who is the King of France, brought the cookery of cow liver.

On the other hand, French foods enrich in romance and elegance are also famous and people love it all over the world. It is necessary for us to understand and grasp some manners on the tasting the French foods.

By the way, most of our classmate chooses the Italian food or American food. We want to do something special and different. So, we choose the French food for our menu day.

We will set up the room in French style, and behind French service. We will not only serve everything for the guest but also will prepare the salad front of house and show guests how we make it. Also for the table setting we will do the French style table setting, like the bread plate put on the left side. We want to do as professional as we can.

Our menu is going to include some famous French food. But it doesn’t have the snail and goose liver and let American people can accept it. We think out guest will like it. We want to make sure people actually want to eat our food and aren’t scared of it.
