FOREWARD

This report contains all the analysis and strategies of what exactly can be done so as to have future growth of SAIL, especially for its railway products. The competitors and the future potential markets of SAIL have been identified along with the latest technologies which SAIL can adopt for producing its products in a more efficient and faster way. It includes certain jargons which the SAIL uses and has been encountered during the research work of the project.

This information has been taken from both primary sources (by interviewing some experienced employees of SAIL) and the secondary sources (internet, books about SAIL and some news articles), and the information given explains all about what the railway products are, what strategies SAIL and its competitors are following along with their future plans and finally the future potential markets for SAIL’s railway products.
