The Vice President of Marketing addresses the largest group of stakeholders: the public. As the scandal progresses, the VPM communicates to the public by having CEO Mark Parker and Tiger Woods conduct a press conference. This press conference stresses Nike attention to the issue.
MANAGERS OF NIKE GET A PRESENTATION
The Vice President of Human Relations has the responsibility of communicating to managers with a presentation. VPHR ensures that all Nike mangers fully understand the Woods situation and Nike’s plans moving forward. Furthermore, the PowerPoint presentation highlights Nike’s rational for continuing to sponsor Woods.
EMPLOYEES HAVE A PAMPHLET UPDATE
The Director of Benefits’ role in the task force is to address Nike employees. The DB will inform all Nike employees through the use of a pamphlet.
