Re:            Presentation of  “Story of Staff” on Friday, July 8th 

Thank you all for your excellent works in this season for Green Make. This year, our company had an outstanding progress. Our search and development team innovated the unique disposable Eco shopping bag and we had manufacture them successfully. To strengthen our R & D projects and discuss promotion plan, the research and development department, accounting department, Sale department, and advertising department, are invited to attend a presentation on “Story of staff”, by Annie Leonard.

The event will be on July 8th in Meeting Room 1201 at 2:00pm. Everyone will need to arrive on time. There, everyone needs to express self’s progress, contribution, and achievement during the whole objective. Then, everyone are required to write a report that what do your learn from Annie Leonard’s view point, and how you relate it with our product.

Moreover, our company is current facing to promote our products to the market. Due to the unique innovative characteristics of our product, the methods of promotion are multiple. At end of the presentation, hope everyone could show your creative idea heartily.

This event will approximately be taking 3 hours, so everyone is better to arrange the individual schedule as not cause delay. If someone needs more details about the event, please contact my assistant Mary. Thanks for your all hard working and see you all on Friday.
