Introduction:
Companies, which has their branch or production unit in different countries and the all management is generally centralized by head office where they organize global management, is known as a multinational company (Investopedia, 2015). IKEA is a stellar example of a Multinational Enterprise, which has its presence in over 37 countries and it is expanding into various markets (Burt et al 2010). It has 298 stores in 26 countries and the sales volume is €27 billions. IKEA has about 9500 products range with 139,000 co-workers and 1084 home furnishing suppliers in 53 countries. IKEA has 187 million printed catalogues in 22 languages. (IKEA, 2014)
