Re: New modernizations
As you all might know by now, my name is Charles Petch head manager of Nike in the United States. I grew up playing several sports. I then graduated as a sports clothing designer. I am currently a manager of this firm. I still have the will and drive to be all I can be. I want to continue to build and renew a supportable business in the near future.
As a fashionable creative designer, I and my fellow aficionados are inquisitive to current trends and performance, we need to constantly make improvements to stay alive and be competitive. Our mission statement says it all: "bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world." In our market our design team can spot imperfections, we look past that and make a goof into a work of art.
In our business of sports attire, we create long lasting associations and that opens the doors for many different potentials. We are discoverers and originators. We are on top of current advancements and skills to do our jobs. We all have to reside our reservations of fault to be the best we can all the time.
Nike is like a circle, create, modernize and grow. The challenge of all the three listed are what we are faced with every day.
At Nike we create our attire to be tough, light-weight and at a reasonable cost to our public. We finally can to the realization that about creating our products to be environmentally friendly, keeping our labor force up to par and staying current with social change. We learned over time how to reduce waste of our excess material, how to use natural resources like solar power and weather changes throughout the countries. We continue to thrive on a better tomorrow and forget about the past. We are creating new partnerships and adventure every day to be more ecological.
We had learned a lot as a company and as individuals. Twenty years ago we faced labor issues in our supply chain that put us under heavy fire. We intern talked with our stakeholders to create teamwork which taught us what we needed to do to rebound and grow. Back then the internet was a new vice. We were taught to utilize this for global growth of our products. We grew worldwide and fostered new relationships with risk involved.
A few years later we ran into change from pressure. We leaned forward to instill our values and practices of our code of conduct to clinch on all levels local and global. We joined forces with other designers to make sure we at Nike were cooperating
