 Select one specific e-Business application that you have used, contributed or have access to via the developer (e.g. B2C, B2D, e-government applications such as e-devlet, Internet banking applications, retailer / commerce applications such as Amazon, hepsiburda.com, saglik.net, insurance applications, e-learning applications, etc.).

o The e-business application that you have selected has to be real (not a prototype), operative, and used by a group of people.

o Do NOT analyze e-business or e-commerce in general. Assignments reporting on general concepts will NOT be graded.

 Collect information on this e-business application via Internet, other reading materials, videos, interviews with users or manufacturers / service providers. You can also contact the application provider.

 Prepare a report about the application by answering following questions:

1. What is the main purpose of this application? What are the functionalities / features?

2. Which organization is the owner of the application? Why is it deployed?

3. Which strategic objectives can the organization fulfill by offering this application to the customers/citizens/patients/ business partners? Which business processes are supported by the application?

4. Who are the users of this application? Give information about the user profile.

5. Why do the users prefer using this e-business application instead of in-person, in-store, face-to-face or mobile transactions?

6. What are the security risks that are faced by the organization
