While sharing MTV Latin America's staff Swan realized that MTV's brand was way different than Nickelodeon's. To familiriaze MTV's advertising a nd affiliate sales team with Nickelodeon's quirky and kid-focused brand she organized a "How to Nickelodeon" workshop
Launching two separate feeds (northern and Southern) to allow advertisers to target localized markets. Launch more feeds later - Portuguese dubbing for Brazil
Swan trusted Donna's instincts on launching the kid-focussed Nickelodeon brand in the crowded Latin market to differentiate themselves and knew she had the creativity and motivation to make the party a success

Did a great job involving all the different departments and allowing everyone to contribute ideas on how to make the launch successful. Even the guy who took care of the video library shared his opinions.

MTV employee explained, “It was difficult to switch from MTV to Nickelodeon. I felt schizophrenic, pulled in two directions.
