According to Signa, PPACA also known as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is a plan to save you money when you need medical help. It helps you cover the costs of the medical procedures. The people who are responsible for paying this plan are the insurer, insured employer plans, or the employer.

The four negative points I see for unintended consequence are:

1. Many employees might take advantage of this plan and misuse it

2. The cost for businesses to take care for their employees would be way more

3. According to Forbes, “it is a blow to graduate students” since graduate programs do not offer this benefit

4. Someone has to pay it in the long run, it will be us who have to pay for it at the end. No one else. The government is NOT giving a free health care system which many people are thinking

My family has small businesses and that I would change for small businesses to having to have healthcare for their employees. I feel like the employer should have the option if they want to have it or the plan they want to be in.

Two ways I see that many immigrants come to USA and live legally are from student visas and work visas. These two ways give those rights to study or work in USA for a given time. Normally, they do get a couple of years to stay in USA. An immigrant can get legal status by two ways which are applying for a green card, which gives you the rights to stay in USA and after that if you want to apply for citizenship you can. Another way is, you can marry a citizen spouse and you can obtain rights by marrying he or she. There are many opportunity costs obtaining legal rights in USA. It starts off with the fees that immigration lawyers take in order to help you receive your rights. Also, the benefits you get by becoming US legal resident is having the benefits of mostly an average
