III. Executive Summary
Goals
The major goals of the business right now are to keep starting costs low and get as many clients as possible for now even if it means discounting monthly fees a little to build a client base. Secondly, to make enough initial money to start a mailer in the Hoboken community to all the tenants and business address listings to bring people to the site. I would like a few corporate accounts to advertise on here since they could be a great source of financial backing.
I do not plan on having any store or future store. However, under the assumption that this business will be successful and great supplemental income I do plan on expanding my business to Marlboro, NJ and possibly expand NJSquareDeals to the GoldCoast of New Jersey (all the towns on the waterfront between NYC and North Jersey).
The most important goal I have is to increase the client base I have which in essence increases my gross sales. If I start to sign on a lot of accounts I will possibly even raise the price and tell my clients that by the amount of hits this site is getting I have to increase the monthly fee but will have the support of the visits to my website to raise the price.
