Executive Summary

First of all, this report will demonstrate the literature reviews on two journals related to organizational culture and managerial values. In introduction, definition and explanation of organizational culture and the ways of managers make decisions will be exhibited. In recommendation, the current situation or issues in which managers making wrong decisions in the organizations and consequently bring negative impacts to the organization will be discussed. Besides, organizational culture and managers’ decision making were explained and organizational culture related with managers’ jobs will also be discussed in this report. Furthermore, recommendations and analysis of how might an organization’s culture influence the ways in which managers make decisions will be exhibited. The examples of managers make decisions based on their organizational culture will also be discussed. Finally, conclusion will summarize about the organizational culture, managerial implications of organizational culture and how an organizational culture influences the managers’ decision making.
