Paradise Dynasty is a Chinese food restaurant found in Singapore. It also has outlets in other countries including; China, Thailand, and Japan. It operates in the hospitality industry. Furthermore, this report will analyzes and evaluates the marketing of services by Paradise Dynasty. The report looks at the corporate and marketing strategies of the restaurant. It also looks into its pricing and distribution strategies in comparison to its competitors. The report also looks into the marketing and communication strategies of the restaurant. The restaurant aims to continuously increase its market share, sales, and profits. It also aims to increase the number of customers visiting to have meals, build customer loyalty, and increase the frequency of customers’ visits. Its strengths include; strategic location, high-quality food, unique interior design, and unique menu. Its weaknesses include; prices of menu items; some staff members cannot speak English, and presence of non-halal food in its menu. It carries out market segmentation in terms of; geographic location, demography, behavior, and psychographic of target customers. Decision makers, users, and buyers are important to the restaurant. Eating guidance and membership programs are there to cater for new, as well as, existing customers. Customers visiting the restaurant expect; high-quality food, good service, and a cool atmosphere. The restaurant incorporates customer involvement in its service delivery process. Membership registration and customers feedback forms are the main sources used to collect customers’ data. Paradise Dynasty could remain as the leading Chinese food restaurant if it maintains the high quality of its food and a good customer service it offers. It is recommended that the company increases its advertising campaign, ventures into new markets, and diversifies its menu to maintain a competitive advantage.
