Part I

        On 3/28/16, In the case of People of Illinois vs Edward Ignatious, Judge Janis sentenced Mr. Ignatious to 180 days in a Kane County Jail set to commence at 6:00pm on 3/28/16. Mr. Ignatious received 79 days’ credit toward this portion of his sentence. Following his release from Kane County Jail institution, Mr. Ignatious will be placed on probation for 30 mos. to continue through 9/28/18 along with counseling. Judge Janis also ordered Mr. Ignatious to complete 300 hours of community service to be completed by 9/28/17 (18 mos.) with all associated fees, totaling $1000, waived until the attainment of employment. In addition, Mr. Ignatious is ordered to pay a fine of $1500. If Mr. Ignatious complies with the judge’s orders and attends weekly drug treatment, the statutory drug assess fee of $800 and the drug testing fee of $50 a month will be waived. During his probation, Mr. Ignatious is to have no contact with any of the complainants or victims, this includes William McAvoy, Josh Seaborn, Donna Lyman, and Larry Marshall. His also to have no contact with Linda Oxford for the same length of time. In addition, Mr. Ignatious shall refrain from entering the premises of 1631 Jefferson Pkwy, Solitude, IL 60564. Mr. Ignatious must comply with all terms of community service and probation.

Upon his release, Mr. Ignatious is to immediately report to Adult Court Services at 37W777 R. 38, Suite 150, St. Charles, IL 60174. He is to obey all laws, federal and state, as well as local ordinances and immediately notify Adult Court Services or his probation officer of any and all arrests. He must report in person to Adult Court Services as frequently as directed and permit his probation officer to visit him in his home or elsewhere to the extent of their duties. He is not to leave the state of Illinois without giving advance notice and receiving expressed written consent from his probation officer.  Mr. Ignatious shall not be in possession of a firearm or any other dangerous weapon at any time. He must notify Adult Court Services or his probation officer of any change in residency or employment within 48hrs of the change. He must attempt to gain employment or further his education, upon gaining employment he must pay all fees and fines in the amount of $150 a month until all fees debits have been settled. He must undergo any evaluations, testing, or treatment the probation department deems necessary. This includes a substance evaluation within 30 days of his release. Mr. Ignatious must submit to DNA indexing and pay all associated fees and costs. He is to make a good faith effort to gain employment or participate in job skills training. He must refrain from entering the premises of any facility where alcohol is consumed.  Mr. Ignatious is ordered to obey and follow all rules and conditions of probation.
