Personality Assessment
Agree
After taking the personality assessment I agree that my outcome fit me very well. The category that I ended up in was ENTJ which is a visionary planner, takes charge, hearty speaker, and a natural leader. While working in the retail industry I was the Visual Merchandiser Manager, I had to plan everything out in the store that had to do with merchandising. When product sold out I was the one to come up with a solution to fix it and rearranged the store to fill the empty spaces. I know I have been known to take charge whether it was in my personal life or my work life, sometimes I don’t know it’s that a good thing or a bad thing. The only one that I would disagree with the hearty speaker, once I get to know everyone and my surroundings I am comfortable to talk in front of people but just getting in front of a class room scares me. I know I change in situations too, because at work I’m fine with talking to customers, explaining to my associates what to do, but in classrooms I’m not good and publicly speaking.
Learn About Myself
Personality tests always make you look at yourself in a different way and see things that you normally wouldn’t see. I know that I have been told that I like to take charge but never really think about it until I take test like these it’s just a reassuring factor being put into my face that makes it real.
