First of all, I would like to express much gratitude to the almighty highest god, ALLAH S.W.T for His blessing that I managed to complete my 12 week of industrial training as planned without any difficulties. Furthermore, I would like to thanks and express much gratitude to PK Otomobil (M) Sdn Bhd, a Perodua service center, because allowed me to undergone my industrial training there. Not to forget, I would like to express my special thanks to Mr. Tuan Mohamad Saidi, Service Operation Manager, as his willingness to become my supervisor during my practical training. Many things that I manage to learn from him. He has been a great mentor in giving valuable advice and guidance during my time in PK Otomobil.
Besides that, I also would like to express my much gratitude to Dr. Muhamad Azizi, my faculty Supervisor which has guided me during the duration of practical training. Not to forget also to all mechanics and foremen which has been always take care of me and monitoring me from the day I start practical in PK Otomobil, until the last day. Furthermore, I would like to thanks to my beloved family because they give much during my practical training. I also would like to thanks to my friend as they relentless giving me support and also some guidance during my practical training in PK Otomobil.
ABSTRACT
As part of graduation requirement, all third and fourth year students of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) need to undergone industrial training program for a duration of 12 weeks. During the practical training at PK Otomobil (M) Sdn Bhd, all practical students will be receiving tasks through 12 weeks to complete the training. For PK Otomobil, it is important for student to learn both handling of equipment and operational observation types of training to achieve industrial training objective. So, for first 6 weeks, students have been assigned to do car service, including change part and repair. For the next 6 weeks, students have been given task that require management and observation ability to manage store, job control and quality control check. All the need to be done by the student under foreman and mechanic guide. Overall the objectives of the practical training are achieved.

- INTRODUCTION
As part of graduation requirement, all third and fourth year students from faculty Mechanical Engineering of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) need to undergone an industrial training programmed for duration of 12 weeks. The purpose of this programmed is to exposed the student to the world of careers and for the student to know and experience the real working environment. Furthermore, with this kind of training it is to enhance the student knowledge and skills to a career in their respective professions, as well as to produce a graduate with professional, ethical, skilled, creative and competent. Besides that, with industrial training it may increase their interpersonal skill while dealing with the workers or dealers.
