1a. work for success: massive use of social media especially by younger consumers, it facilities advertisement and brand awareness; higher tennis participation makes Prince Tennis to have more sales and more potential customers;

1b. work against success: Prince tennis needs to continue working on innovating its product to meet the needs of all levels of tennis players; different kind of players have different needs about tennis equipment, which makes it harder to satisfy all of them with one racquet; need to do extensive amount of marketing research

2. It needs to market its tennis facility, shop, or business. And it needs to target its marketing to the right customer group or groups for maximum effect. What Prince Tennis can do is emphasizing on the advantages of tennis to attract more people to plat it; doing market research, which is the systematic gathering, recording, and analyzing of data about problems relating to the marketing of goods and services; planning market strategies that focus on the target customers that it can serve the best, such as advertising on products and services, what kind of promotion and price it can offer; Doing a good job of word of mouth; Establishing tennis programs and lessons in elementary schools, high schools and colleges; Nation wide tennis competition with prize for the winner can also help with promoting tennis playing. 

3a. recreational players: online website that gives product information, tennis tips and latest tennis news; social media such as Facebook and Instagram; ads in regional and national publication; online sites and broadcast outlets

3b. junior players: have connections with different programs that teach juniors how to play tennis such as “Teaching Pro program”. Tennis events and competitions between schools are also efficient advertising activities to reach junior players; give sponsorship and scholarship to young tennis athletes who perform very well
