Ralph Lauren Corp. partakes in the outline, showcasing and appropriation of premium way of life items in four classifications: clothing, home, embellishments and aromas ("Forbes Welcome," n.d.). The organization's image names, which incorporate Polo by Ralph Lauren, Ralph Lauren Purple Label, Ralph Lauren Collection, Black Label, Blue Label, Lauren by Ralph Lauren, RRL, RLX, Ralph Lauren Childrenswear, Denim and Supply Ralph Lauren, Chaps and Club Monaco("Forbes Welcome," n.d.) . It works in three business fragments: Wholesale, Retail and Licensing ("Forbes Welcome," n.d.). The organization was established by Ralph Lauren in 1967 and is headquartered in New York, NY ("Forbes Welcome," n.d.). There are some classics that never go out of style Ralph Lauren has the earnings to show it (VanderMey, 2012).

Ralph Lauren has the earnings to prove it that his fashion is not going out of style .The $6.9 billion that it made in fiscal 2012 surpasses by $1 billion what competitors such as PVH Corp. pulled in and is twice what Burberry made last year (VanderMey, A. 2012). He stashed a large portion of a billion dollars in a first sale of stock, in addition to a further $230 million for his organization, offering astake in Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. The apparel giant is one of the industry's most reliable performers, second only to the VF Corp. which has North Face, in stable growth (VanderMey, 2012).  Keen international expansion including opening numerous higher-end stores in China to court the luxury market may up the company for a development spurt (VanderMey, 2012). Ralph Lauren brand continues to be a valued brand and the profits proves it (VanderMey, 2012).
